The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description
This photo from the archives of the Air Force shows two specially painted F-117 Nighthawks flying on one of their last missions. The F-117s were later retired in 2008 at a farewell ceremony at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
